ADM Commercial Real Estate, based in Muncie, Indiana, has become the dominant player in commercial/industrial sales and leasing in East Central Indiana. Our secret to success comes from ADM's history, experience and proof of our success from past clients.

ADM provides benefit through History: In 1979 when Joe Allardt and J. Roberts Dailey decided to venture into the commercial real estate market they did so more out of the need to service their portfolio rather than a desire to capture the Muncie market. Little did they realize that the initial two-man office of Allardt and Dailey would evolve into ADM Commercial Properties, a full-service commercial brokerage firm with annual sales and leasing volume over $40 million.

Dailey, who managed to successfully balance a career in real estate spanning some 50 years with that of public office when he was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 1976, and serving as the "Speaker of the House" from 1980-86 said, "With all of the dramatic changes in our industry over the past 50 years, customer service was and still is our number one priority."

ADM offers Experience: The average broker has 20-25 years experience; as well as a full range of services including site selection, leasing, tenant-related services, development and consulting. It is this core group of brokers that have allowed ADM to embark on an expansion phase.

Although Allardt and Dailey are no longer active in ADM, the reigns have been turned over to Owners Mark Sturgis, Steve Maines, and Julie Bering. As Managing Broker, Sturgis, a 1987 graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in IU's School of Business, has no intention of resting on the company's past success. He states, "As a company, to continue to maintain a leadership position in the commercial brokerage business, we must continue to be proficient at providing the services our clients require in today's rapidly changing market. Our biggest asset here at ADM is the brokers - experienced, dedicated professionals, many of which have spent their entire real estate career in commercial brokerage with ADM. With the complexity of today's commercial brokerage business, there is no substitute for experience and attention to detail that is achieved only through multiple transactions and years in the business."
